Sojourn Hotels LLP acquired its first hotel in April 2008. Following this successful acquisition, the group has now purchased 4 hotels all within a year with the potential at most of these properties to extend by building an additional 150 rooms. The group has ambitious plans to grow the portfolio to 50 hotels within the next 5 years, focusing on the limited service market.
